IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE INFORMATION RELATING TO DEPT OF HEALTH GUIDELINESThe HTM guidelines are set out in the Department of Health documents HTM 64 & 01-05 (decontamination in primary care dental practices).
The information contained in the HTM section of this website is a guide to products that have in the past been compliant for specific dental projects.
However, for example, some projects may require a temperature controlled water supply to taps, and sinks may require standing tube overflow wastes.
Product specifications and project requirements should always be checked with the inspectorate of the relevant authority ultimately responsible for signing off the project that the products to be supplied are fully compliant with the regulations.
